Rush Service
When you need to get back on the water, for an additional $25.00 extra we can offer a 7-business day turnaround. Rush service can only be offered when parts are not required.
Shipping to you
Shipping rates vary according to the weight of the package and your zip code. ALL PACKAGES will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, whichever is most affordable. Extra services such as expedited shipping or signature required will be extra upon customers request. Rates are applicable for domestic orders inside the U.S. and its territories. Special shipping requests will be subject to additional fees.
- Custom Rods: All components must be paid for up-front, before ordering. The remaining balance plus any additional charges are due upon shipment.
- Reel Cleaning and Repair: We require a pre-authorized payment for the service fee of $50 per reel before we begin any work on your reel. Our current turnaround time is 8-10 weeks. When it’s time to proceed with your repair, we will contact you with a complete estimate for your approval. If any parts are needed, we will place the order at that time.
